Reconfigurable Morphological Processor for Grayscale Image Processing

چکیده

Grayscale morphology is a powerful tool in image, video, and visual applications. A reconfigurable processor proposed for grayscale image morphological processing. The architecture of the combination processing module (RGPM) peripheral circuits. RGPM, which consists four computing units, conducts operations implements related algorithms more than 100 f/s 1024 × image. periphery circuits control entire dynamic reconfiguration process. Synthesis results show that can provide 43.12 GOPS achieve 8.87 GOPS/mm2 at 220-MHz system clock. simulation experimental suitable high-performance embedded systems.
